Payment and cancellations

Payment should be received prior to being placed on the consultation schedule. Scheduling without payment is at the discretion of the consultant. In the event that payment is not received 48 hours prior to the appointment time, the client will be removed from the consultation schedule until payment is received.

If a client must cancel their session, notification of cancellation must be received 48 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment. Cancellations outside 48 hours will be rescheduled without penalty. Cancellations under 48 hours are subject to a $150 cancellation fee prior to being rescheduled unless special arrangements with the consultant have been made in advance.

How do I get started?

Start by setting up your secure personal account and uploading your application for our free Application Analysis. Upon the completion of your analysis we can determine how best to proceed to prefect your application and land that coveted job interview with your target airline. Get started today!

How do I get a free Airline Application Analysis?

To begin, set up your personal account and follow the directions to securely upload your airline application for your free analysis. We will thoroughly analyze the eight sections of your application. An Application Specialist will contact you to discuss the results of the analysis and options available to you to complete your application.

How much time do I have between revisions, I am very busy?

Our process is based on your schedule. Let us get started, and you set the pace! We work on a schedule that meets your needs; however, please keep in mind that unnecessary delays in perfecting your application could result in a delay in publishing a perfect application.

How long will your process take to complete?

Our process is driven by your schedule and the completion time is in your hands. We can complete the whole process in a week, but a more typical time is closer to two weeks. You set the pace based on how quickly you can make the revisions.

How do I navigate to the Review My App section in AirlineApps.com?

No matter what desktop/laptop computer or operating system (OS) you’re using, you should be able to access the Review My App section in AirlineApps.com in your web browser. Navigate to the Review My App page in airlineapps.com and select the airline app you’d like to review. Once you select the airline app you’d like to review, a new tab or window will open displaying an easily readable view of your application. In the top right corner, there will be a Print button. If there is no Print button visible, navigate to the menu bar in your browser and select File > Print… You should have a hard copy of your application ready for written edits for your first one-on-one session.

How do I Get You My Application?

Register here for your FREE Application Analysis to open your free secure personal account, and then follow the instructions to upload your application. Applications need to be uploaded as a PDF (please see below).

How do I convert my application into PDF Format?

Start by navigating to the Review My App page in AirlineApps.com. Learn how to do this here.

Once you select the airline app you’d like to review, a new tab or window will open displaying an easily readable view of your application. In the top right corner, there will be a Print button. If there is no Print button visible, navigate to the menu bar in your browser and select File > Print… The print window will open allowing you to select a printer. Some computers give users a “Print to PDF” native option. This is the option that allows you to save as a PDF. Please keep in mind that converting your application to a PDF may be a slightly different depending on your OS. Below are steps for the most common OS.

PC Users instructions.
The Windows 10 OS has a native “Print to PDF” option. For Windows 10, you’ll need to activate this feature if you haven’t already. Here are instructions on how to activate the PDF converter for Windows 10 http://www.digitaltrends.com/computing/print-pdf-windows/

Once you navigate to the Review My Application page in airlineapps.com, select the Print button in the top. In the print window that opens, find the menu to select the printer and you will find the option “Microsoft Print to PDF” option. Select this option and follow the prompts to save the document.

Unfortunately, there is not a native PDF converter within Windows before version 10. Unless you have the paid version of Abode Pro software already installed on your PC, you will need a little extra help converting your application to a PDF. There are free downloadable programs available to help you do this; however, these are third party applications so download and use these at your own discretion.

Mac Users instructions.
The Mac OS has a native “Print to PDF” option that displays at the bottom left corner of the print window. Select this option and follow the prompts.

Note: iOS devices do not have a native PDF document converter; however, there are applications available in the iTunes store that can do this. Since these are third party applications, download and use at your own discretion. What is your cancelation policy?

We understand that things happen in life and plans need flexibility. We are happy to accommodate your changes. We allow you to reschedule any consulting session as often as needed.

If you must reschedule, please do so with more than 24 hours prior to your session. If cancellations occur with less than 24 hours notice, you may be charged a $150 cancellation fee.

Please keep in mind that our process requires up to four, two-hour phone calls and rescheduling more than once costs both parties valuable time.
